Any dates quoted for shipping of the goods are approximate only and The Welsh Shop shall not be held liable for any delay in shipping of the goods however caused. The Welsh Shop does not deliver to PO Box addresses. Some of our craft products are hand made and so on occasion there may be delays in production that are beyond our control. The Welsh Shop therefore reserve the right to revise delivery dates in the event of such circumstances. In such cases the customer will be notified immediately of any delay to the anticipated delivery time and given the option to cancel the order. If you choose to cancel your order, a full refund will be provided.
