1. How do I sign up?
To begin the enrollment process, you must a complete the short signup form on the Welshop Affiliate Programme web page. We will then review your application and get back to you.
2. Where do I obtain the affiliate materials?
Our promotional materials are available after logging in. We do not stock a wide range of standard banners and images because we like to create bespoke creatives for each customer based on their web requirements.
So please let us know what type & size of media would best suit your needs and we will create it for you. It will then be avaiable for you to use in the Marketing area.

3. How are commisions tracked?
We track all sales made to customers who purchase products using special links from your site to our site.
This is achived via our Partner affiliate software programme that monitors the traffic (and sales) your affiliation with us generated each day. Reports of this activity and your subsequent commission earning can be viwed online (simply log into your affiliate account to access all this information).
4. May I buy for own use?
YES! You may purchase products through the Programme for your own use, however primarily we expect you to use our affiliate programme to get us new customers, not just buy with a discount.
Being the only person who orders using your affiliate link, eventually may result (at our sole discretion) in the withholding of referral fees or the termination of the Affiliate Agreement.
5. What's your return-day policy?
VERY GENEROUS! For a product sale to be eligible to earn a referral fee, the customer must follow a special link from your site to our site.
Upon entering our site from yours via a special link, a cookie is stored in the customer's computer, therefore each ensuing sale made from that user account on that computer will result in adequate referral fee being accrued to your account for a period of 690 days following the date of the initial entry through the special link.
6. What is your Referral Fee Commission Level?
Our referral fee schedule is a above average 15% of qualifying revenues from the sale of product that are listed on our sites.
7. When do you pay the referral fees?
We will pay your referral fees on the 1st of every month.
However, if the referral fees payable to you for any calendar month are less than £25.00, we will roll the amount over until it reaches this threshold.
8. How do you communicate with affiliates?
We have an email address dedicated to affiliates which you can access from our Contact Us Page - and we aim to respond to all communications within 24 hours, most likely quite a bit sooner than that.
9. Where can I use your affiliate links, text links, banners etc.?
The broad answer is anywhere, but at the same time we suggest you to use design savvy and good old common sense. There are provisions in the affiliate terms and conditions against misuse, abuse and misrepresentation of our company, product offering, shipping times, and the like, but it really boils down to this: use our materials reasonably and truthfully and use our guidance when in doubt - and we'll all be happy with our mutual endeavor.
You can use your affiliate links in your forum signatures, emails (if you have a website with a newsletter for example), email signatures (be careful not to over-do it though!), web pages - literally everywhere.
