All your details are securely encrypted using industry GeoTrust Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 256 Bit Strong SSL Encryption. All Credit/Debit cards are handled securely by SagePay (our payment service provider) and RBS Streamline (our merchant bank). We do not see your card details at any time.
Secure data transfer - GeoTrust provides our site's SSL secure certificate which is used to encrypt all of your personal data when it is sent to and from the internet. This means that information you to send to us can only be seen by us and vice versa.
Transaction security - to ensure your financial security we use SagePay, the UK's largest independent internet payment gateway, for our credit and debit card handling. We have chosen to do this so that our customers have confidence that their card details are in safe hands. Sagepay provides our secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS) and once on the Sage Pay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards.
3D Secure - otherwise known as "Verfied by Visa" & Mastercard Securecode", this is a new standard for credit security and we are already fully compliant. This standard allows you to set a password or pin number that you will always be asked for when you use your card. That way even if your card goes missing, no one will be able to successfully use it on fraudulent transactions.
